Refunds
Not right? Tell us, and we'll put it right. We read every refund request ourselves and look at it case by case. Email us with the job and what went wrong, and tell us what you'd like: a fix, or your money back. Your rights under consumer law always apply.

How we handle refunds
We don't have a fixed refund window, and we never say “no refunds”. A person reads every request and looks at what happened.
Sometimes the quickest help is a fix: a kit that didn't finish, a rule we got wrong, or an answer that needs rewriting. If you'd rather have your money back, just say so.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you use to sign in. Please include:
- the job it's about (the role and the employer), or your receipt;
- what went wrong, in a sentence or two;
- what would put it right for you: a fix, or a refund.
Screenshots help, but you don't need them. We usually reply within 2 working days.
If we refund you
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
- We remove access to the refunded job's kit.
- For a pass, we look at how much of it you've used.
- If Stripe sold you the purchase as the merchant of record, Stripe may handle the refund. Its terms for buyers apply too.
Your rights under consumer law
Whatever we decide, your rights under consumer law always apply.
In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that our service is provided with due care and skill. It must also do what we said it would. If there's a major problem, you can ask for a refund. If it's a smaller problem, we'll fix it. If we can't, you can ask for a refund.
Consumer laws in the EU, the UK and many other countries protect you too. Nothing on this page limits those rights. Our Terms of use give the details.
