Community rules

A practice link lets a friend ask your interview questions and rate your answers. They see the job title, your questions, and up to 3 points from each answer. They never see your resume.

• Send a link only to people you choose. Anyone who has it can open it until it ends, so don't post it publicly.
• Links end after 7 days. You can stop one sooner with Stop this link on your kit page.
• The link is shown once, and we store only a scrambled form of it.

• You don't need an account, and we don't ask for your name or email.
• Rate the answer, not the person. Keep your notes kind, honest and useful.
• Leave out anything hurtful, rude or personal, and anyone else's private details.
• Your ratings and notes go to your friend. They stay with their kit until they delete their account.
• At the end, you can try your own free preview. Your friend's link gives you 15% off a first purchase.

• Share your link with people who might find it useful. Don't send it in bulk, or with bots or scripts.
• Don't use it with your own extra accounts or your own card. It won't earn a free kit, and our terms don't allow it.
• Say only what's true about Seal the Offer when you share it.

• A gift link works once. Send it only to the person it's for.
• Don't sell or trade gift links.
• If one reaches the wrong person, email us. Before it's used, a refund cancels it.

The pictures you can post, such as I made it., say nothing about you or the job. Nothing posts by itself. Post them only where you want to.

Don't add anyone else's resume or details without their permission. Don't paste anything you're not allowed to share, such as an employer's confidential test.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it's fair, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. The rules in our terms apply here too.
