Download your data
- Open Settings from the menu.
- Under Your data, choose Download my data.
You get one JSON file, a standard format that other services can read.
Delete your account
- In Settings, go to Delete your account.
- Tick I understand this deletes my resume, stories, jobs and kits for good.
- Choose Delete my account.
If you last signed in more than 24 hours ago, we ask you to sign in again first.
We delete your data at once and email you to confirm. Copies in backups are gone within 30 days. Tax law makes us keep each order's record for 5 years: what was bought, when, and the price. It no longer has your name or email. We also keep any interview questions you noted, without names. Once your account is gone, neither can be linked to you.
Smaller steps
- Stop reminder emails: choose Turn reminders off in Settings.
- Sign out of every device: choose Sign out on every device.
- A job document that says it's confidential: choose Take it out, and we delete its text.
- Interview notes: choose Delete my notes on the job's page.
Work you do before signing in is deleted after 7 days, unless you sign in.
