Your list of jobs
Jobs in the menu opens Your jobs. Each job shows where you're up to, and its closing date or interview date. A Job Hunt Pass and any free kits or packs show there too. To start another job, choose Paste a job ad.
Set where you're up to
- On the job's page, find Where you're up to.
- Choose Not applied yet, Applied, Test or assessment, Interview, Offer or Closed.
- For a test or an interview, add its date, and the time if you know it.
- Choose Save.
Once you get a kit, a job that's not applied yet or applied moves to Interview by itself. Choose Offer when you get one, and you'll see You made it.
Reminder emails
- While a job is Not applied yet, we email you 2 days before it closes. It comes at 9 am in the employer's time zone.
- The evening before a test or interview, at 6 pm your time, we send a short reminder.
- After it, we ask what they asked: 2 hours after its time, or at 7 pm that day.
If we can't be sure of a date, we don't send a reminder. The job's page shows the ad's own words instead.
To stop reminders, choose Turn reminders off in Settings, or Stop these emails in any reminder. Sign-in codes, receipts and kit emails still come.
